Cancellation & Refund Policy 


Nova Leather Fashions believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order on the same day. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been booked to ship.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be initiated the same day when the order is immediately cancelled, provided it has met the above condition. It will take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected. 
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at care@novaleatherfashions.com. This should be reported the same day of receipt of the products and to authenticate the same, we will require an unboxing video along with images of the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 
  • Refund or replacement will only be considered once the Customer Service Team has authenticated the customer's complaint for the damaged or defective product. If satisfactory, the replacement will take 10-15 working days. In case the customer does not want a replacement and would rather seek a refund, the refund will take 7-10 business days from the day it is initiated.
  • All sales are considered final. Nova does not offer returns or exchanges for any of the products sold by us unless the above points are met.
